All Inclusive Resort in St. Maarten 🇸🇽

Updated: Aug 4, 2021

All Inclusive Resort in St. Maarten 🇸🇽 It's everything being in one place for me.

I get it. The luxury travel appeal. The all inclusive draw. Everything you need in one place and already paid for before you even arrive. Not having to think about what you’re going to eat or drink, where you’re going to lay your head or transportation costs. If you’re looking to go off the resort to do excursions they have people on site to arrange that for you as well. Luxury at its finest.

Can we get into all inclusives though? This is definitely not my usual type of travel, but there’s a time and place for everything.

During my trip to St. Maarten I stayed at the Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, an all inclusive (link below). This means that before I even stepped on the island everything was paid for. This includes:

- Roundtrip airfare

- Roundtrip transportation from the airport to and from the resort

- Accommodations at the resort

- Unlimited food at the resort and select restaurants

- Unlimited liquor (I’m here for a good time, not a long time)

- Activities and entertainment at the resort (water equipment usage, live music, games, etc.)

- Private beach access

AND MORE!

The resort basically had everything you need right onsite. There’s an area for kids and teens with supervision, a gym, exercise classes, daily activities, nighttime shows, a pool with a swim up bar, the list goes on. At Sonesta there is also a spa and casino where you can buy treatments or do a little gambling. I got a nice little massage and paid less than half the price (blog post coming on that soon 😉).

Have you ever stayed at an all inclusive resort before? Where and how was it?
