Teaching & Living in Haiti

In 2018 I took my first trip to Haiti and after a week I knew it wasn't going to be my last time in the country. From the people to the food, I was blown away by everything this country has to offer. Google searches consistently get it wrong and paint a one-sided picture of this tropical island by solely depicting poverty and instability. Haiti is a country full of rich history, dynamic culture, delicious food, and amazing people. I jumped at the opportunity to return and really immerse myself in the country.
